Fantastic service with Kuly, walked us through the process and helped us with any questions and concerns we had along the way when considering our new sofas. In the end we managed to find the correct one after exploring many options. Was also given a complimentary tea/coffee while we weighted up our options!
I went into Hove store looking for a new sofa. I was approached by member of staff Gemma who was extremely helpful and showed me all of the options after describing what I was looking for. She is very knowledgable about the products in store , has a pleasant manner and more importantly not pushy unlike some other stores I'???d been in. She was patient as it took me 2 days to decide and order my new sofa. I can'???t comment on the sofa or delivery as have to wait , but so far the service has been very good.
