AWFUL! Do not use this service - just go direct. I booked for a simple Dover-Calais booking. Needed to amend the return crossing. Paid '? ?30, waited 3 weeks - we've had no answer, we haven't heard back from P&O yet etc - so I finally call P&O, get straight through, they hadn't back heard from Ferryscanner and the request had been made for the wrong return crossing anyway. I did manage to get a refund but only after being persistent and sitting on the Live Chat for hours...
I had to contact them for a refund request (the ferry I booked was canceled due to bad weather). They replied right away and started the process without any problems. The service was super kind and very fast. I was assisted by Mr. Vasilis Barbounakis, whom I thank again for his great support.
The original booking was very straightforward. Then, when I had to change the booking because I had to be back in the UK a day earlier than planned, it was so simple. The team responded quickly, were friendly and efficient, and did everything without fuss or extra cost. Thank you Eleni and Elena.
