Review Time
I have been a customer of BOnline for about 3 years now. No issues to begin with, however we have changed premises and what was supposed to be a simple change in address has been a complete nightmare. We have been left without internet and phone lines for 3 weeks now, meaning I have had to close my small business. They provided me with a 5G router for the interim, after fighting for this, only to receive the router and it to not work. Furthermore Bonline is contracted to Openreach who spent almost a month trying to install a new line into my premises, again only to find out that BOnline gave openreach a incorrect address.
The sign-up process was nearly seamless, but the issue I encountered was resolved immediately. I had no issues with the service and the price was competitive. While there were a few hiccups when cancelling, I reached out to the complaints department and Saadiqah resolved the issue professionally and promptly. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Saadiqah
I took out the phone line initially with bOnline but was later thinking about bringing the broadband across as well. I found Keagan to be very helpful and responsive. He got me a good deal in the end and persuaded me to come across for all our telecoms services. I'd highly recommend
