I have been a customer of BOnline for about 3 years now. No issues to begin with, however we have changed premises and what was supposed to be a simple change in address has been a complete nightmare. We have been left without internet and phone lines for 3 weeks now, meaning I have had to close my small business. They provided me with a 5G router for the interim, after fighting for this, only to receive the router and it to not work. Furthermore Bonline is contracted to Openreach who spent almost a month trying to install a new line into my premises, again only to find out that BOnline gave openreach a incorrect address.
