I signed up with bOnline in February for Voip and internet.This was supposed to be functioning in mid February 2025.It is now the beginning of June and I still do not have internet at my office despite being charged for the internet.I have tried asking them to fix the problem but I may as well bark at the moon.Unreliable and very difficult to get hold off.Would not recommend.
Got my old phone changed over from the old copper to a yealink internet phone on Monday 16th March, was told by bOnline that it was all up and running so threw my landline phone out in the bin which is now unretreavable. Only then to find out I'???m not receiving incoming calls and for a business that'???s not on.Sent 3 emails with no reply so had to go through the long process of contacting them again only to be told it won'???t be activated until the 26th June, a business with no incoming calls for 10 days '?? ? ?'?? ?'??'???'? ?.I then asked for calls to be diverted to my mobile only to be told you would need to organise this yourself!HELLO, BONLINE are my suppliers. Beggars belief PS if I could leave zero stars I would have but never had the option
