I have been with b-online for a for a few years now and all i can say its a great service I have no real complaints. if an issue does arise it is sorted quickly.I am not a small business i use it for home phone and internet the price is good for what you get.
The cost of transferring broadband and phone line was lower than my existing provider. I was a little worried about transferring as I hadn't heard of this company. The customer service was absolutely amazing - everyone I spoke to, but especially Michelle (Odie) in the provisioning team. She kept me posted on a weekly basis to ensure there was a smooth transfer and continued to follow up until all services were in place. Really made a different as there were a few issues with Openreach that would have been difficult to manage with a larger provider who isn't as focused on customer service. Great start. Ruqayyah and Junaid were also great - amazing customer service throughout. Broadband transfer was a month ago - seems fine so far!
