I contacted support to cancel a subscription on my account. In the process, they did the annoying standard practice of trying to sell another subscription, which I declined multiple times despite that the support rep added a subscription to my account against my will which I had to contact support again to cancel that subscription. They said they would start a refund for said subscription. 6 days go by and the payment has now been marked as posted on my bank account and I see no refund to my card, I contact them again asking about my refund and they tell me they never got a payment so they can not refund me. I then had to contact my bank and file a dispute, which has been accepted, and I have been given my money back, but now I need to update my card details everywhere I use that card, which is a hassle. This company is full of fraudsters. DO NOT USE THEM.

Avoid these scammers. I ordered a ?265 worth of plants from them on 23rd May. The order was not dispatched until a month later and then had 8 plants missing (about a third of the total). I emailed asking them when I would receive the rest and the only reply I have had was suggesting maybe I missed them as they might be wrapped with others and suggested I send them photos....I complied and have heard nothing since. The plants that did arrive were thankfully in reasonable condition, but they are clearly ignoring me. I now have to contact my credit card company for a chargeback. I fell for their good website but became concerned at the length of delivery and saw the sheer number of reviews on here. Sure enough I now have my own problems with them. Do yourself a massive favour and avoid this company. I rarely write reviews, even negative ones, but I won't be brushed off when a contract is not fulfilled, they have stolen money and won't even acknowledge or reply.

Inmiddels al zo ongelofelijk vaak meegemaakt dat ze ons gemist hebben terwijl ik vandaag voor het raam zat en echt NIEMAND heb gezien. Kots ziek van DHL dat ze gewoon besluiten om hele ritten niet te doen en dan als excuus te gebruiken dat ze ons gemist hebben. Echt de pee hierover in nu. We zouden dit vanavond nodig hebben.

My mum and step dad relatively recently moved into Eddington Lodge.The apartment is comfortable, spacious and designed to a high specification. There have been no issues at all.The communal area is welcoming and proving very useful.There are a variety of activities that residents can drop into which are great for socialising and undoubtedly help with the lovely atmosphere within Eddington Lodge. The Lodge Manager, Pamela, has been extremely supportive, she is knowledgable, always smiling and enthusiastic in helping with anything she can. I’m so glad that my mum and step dad chose Eddington Lodge and couldn’t have hoped for anything better.

After falling victim to a sophisticated Revolut scam, I sought out reclaimit cyber to help me get my money back. reclaimit cyber were very understanding on the phone and explained to me that they felt that the bank had failed to adequately protect me, and they were certain they could represent me and file a complaint with the financial ombudsman service. I was happy that reclaimit cyber’s service allowed me to get some distance from the case — they quickly took over which allowed me to face the various emotions associated with falling victim to a scam. As a result of their work, the ombudsman service determined that Revolut should pay me back in full. I would recommend reclaimit cyber to anyone who has been scammed — they are understanding, quick, and effective. Until banks start taking responsibility for failing their customers, reclaimit cyber is the best way to get them to take matters seriously.

BEWARE - this site present themselves so you think your booking direct with the hotel but charge excessive fees on what initially looks like a cheap room. I booked a melbourne hotel from Hong Kong and clicked on a link that I thought was the hotels website so I was booking directly. It had a great rate but it said I had 3 minutes to complete the booking as it was the last room at that rate so I booked only to find the room I thought I was getting for $AU200 was charged to my card at $290.It was at this point that I realised what had happened as they had cloned the hotel site and when I challenged them, they said the extra $90 was for Tax Recovery and Service fees which is hugely excessive.Needless to say, l'll never use them again !!
