I paid $239.88 for Adobe Acrobat Pro and have not been able to download the software. When I called 1-800-833-6687 to ask for help, only AI would talk and ask limited questions. I could not answer them and pressed 0 repeatedly and Adobe hang up on me. Interestingly if you call Sales at 800-585-0774 you get a real person in 1 minute, who then basically hangs up on you when you tell them your experience has not been good.

After three years and no issues whatsoever, my Payoneer account was blocked without warning and without explanation. I strongly advise any business user to avoid using Payoneer extensively.Everything is great during business as usual. Customer support is always available via live chat, and when I lost my card in the past, I received immediate assistance. However, after my account was suddenly blocked, live chat is no longer available.It's as if Payoneer is dumping its customers for no apparent reason, without warning or time to restructure, and without any reasonable communication or explanation. I also contacted customer support by phone and emailed the company's complaints department. Even here, I was only referred to the terms and conditions. I read through them and couldn't find a single point that I had violated.So, overall, a great payment provider, but definitely not trustworthy enough to process larger sums or use as your main payment provider. After my latest nightmare experience with Payoneer, I strongly advise against using them!
