Wij hadden priority geboekt met stoelen naast elkaar en op de laatse rij. Bewuste keuze. Ryanair heeft gekozen voor een kleiner vliegtuig ( commerciele keuze, wat ik gezien de spotprijzen begrijp) waardoor onze stoelen vervielen en we niet naast elkaar zaten. Via de chat geclaimd en 2 dagen later stond het stukje wat we hiervoor extra betaald hebben op onze rekening. Prima toch? Beter was geen wijziging natuurlijk maar als je voor een dubbeltje op de eerste rang wilt zitten dan weet je dat dit kan gebeuren.

Ich habe '?ber Refurbed eine Bestellung aufgegeben. W'?hrend ein Teil problemlos geliefert wurde, wurde der andere Teil angeblich „nicht zustellbar“ zur'?ckgesendet – obwohl die Adresse korrekt war und zeitgleich ein anderes Paket an genau diese Adresse geliefert wurde.Der H'?ndler zeigte sich in der Kommunikation unkooperativ, forderte Zusatzkosten f'?r einen erneuten Versand oder bot eine R'?ckerstattung nur mit Abz'?gen an. Auf mein Nachfragen hin wurde die Schuld direkt mir zugeschoben – ohne wirkliche Pr'?fung der Fakten oder Einsicht.Was mich aber besonders entt'?uscht hat: Refurbed selbst hat sich trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme kaum eingebracht. Zwar wurden meine Nachrichten weitergeleitet, doch eine echte Stellungnahme zu ihrem Partner oder Verantwortung f'?r die Abwicklung der Bestellung erhielt ich nie.Ich hatte ausdr'?cklich um Kl'?rung und Unterst'?tzung gebeten – erhalten habe ich nur Textbausteine und Ausweichverhalten.Dabei wurde die komplette Zahlung '?ber Refurbed abgewickelt – inkl. Servicegeb'?hr. Als Kunde erwarte ich, dass Refurbed im Problemfall auch wirklich hinter den K'?ufern steht, wenn ein Partnerh'?ndler sich querstellt. Stattdessen wird man im Streitfall offenbar allein gelassen.Bis heute habe ich keine R'?ckerstattung erhalten. Ich habe Refurbed nochmals eine Frist gesetzt – sollte sich doch noch eine zufriedenstellende L'?sung ergeben, bin ich gerne bereit, diese Bewertung entsprechend zu aktualisieren.Fazit: Wer Gl'?ck hat und bei Refurbed nie ein Problem erlebt, bekommt vielleicht ein gutes Produkt. Aber sobald es Komplikationen gibt, zeigt sich leider, wie schwach der sogenannte Service wirklich ist.F'?r mich pers'?nlich war das die letzte Bestellung '?ber diese Plattform. Ich kann aktuell keine Empfehlung mehr aussprechen.

My mum moved into Brambledown Lodge some 13 years ago and has been very happy there. The apartment and building are very nice and are kept warm, clean and well presented. The Lodge Manager Sarah keeps all the residents interested with new activities and helps people whenever needed.

I booked a hotel in Accra, Ghana, the listed price was $305, however, when I got the final charge they had charged me $479.44 with a whopping $105 service fee and other taxes which are not applicable, absolutely no indication of any of these charges until it was billed to my credit card and when I tried to cancel it just said it is non refundable even though the hotel itself said there rooms are refundable.The worse thing is they made it look like I was booking direct with the hotel.Complete rip off, do not use this website to book, as others say massive booking fees which are not even mentioned until it's too late.

Bought an MG 4 from Thomas at the MK branch .Very helpful and knowledgeable. I changed my mind on what car I wanted after the test drive in both cars .Hence MG 4 not MG 3.There was a problem with some of the paperwork but this was quickly sorted after a couple of phone conversations.I have only had the car for 1 day so I can’t comment on either the car or the after sales service.So far so good

Please please please could someone sort this out for me. In November 2024 I ordered Sofas, beds, tables which were all late, however I've now got a majority of my order however there is still one item missing since November 2024 (now may 2025) I have rang the store in Tunbridge Wells 4 times every time someone promises to call me back as of 10th May 2025 no one has rung me back, not once have I received a call back. I am writing this review in desperation with the hope that somebody senior will see this and feel sorry for me and sort the final part of my order out.
