I was at Future au long time ago at Future au. I need to admit when i started I liked it ( but that was many many many years ago ). But then it started to become worse and worser. With changing fees what makes the keeping of positions almost not possible. When i asked support for help i received answer : i can close my positions at each time. What make a loss for customer and a win for Future au. surprise, surprise. Also they increase the minimum amount to be invested and explained that with " offer real trading experience" with is of course an euphimismn and means - make customers loose more and Future au earn more. At least i need say - i am lucky to leave Future au years, years,years ago and never had the wish to go back. Update : 06.02.2026 Ok it is a standard answer from Future au. For me it was impossible to make win with always change fees ( to higher levels ). And to higher minimum amount to be invested and say "offer real trading experience" is like treat consumers as they are not able to decide themselves how they want to trade with smaller or bigger amounts. at least it is only way to make consumers loose more money. And the support ( i do not know how it is today but ) then was absolute useless . Anyway never ever will come back to Future au.

I wad very disappointed with my whole experience. I choose and booked my tickets received digital copy to attend, no probs and happy looking forward to the event. Recieved multiple emails about attendance with venue nothing unexpected. We arrived at the event in time to get in, and get to our seats to be told on scanning in my tickets that needed to que for tickets inside no explanation. I was then in a long que, no understanding why. Due to the show being about to start we were then told (those in this que) that because the sold only 500 tickets that they were closing the upper balcony where our seats where and "upgrading" us to seats which would have cost '? ?30 more. This was last min, no prior notice, no email to book and choose new seats. We ended up with seat right on the edge of theater, when previous seat were central, restricted view as couldn't see part of staging and people on the edge, we were most disappointed. On top the person who announced the show then tried to get audience members to buy tickets or encou4ges others in London at discount price for '? ?20 so I have paid nearly '? ?50 for a seat i would not have picked sold i was upgraded when our whole party could have gone in car to london with tickets for less money!!!! Complete joke. Whole event so disorganised and very unhappy with the whole thing. Likely to not use this venue in derby again but will go to Birmingham or Notts in future.

So far not good Even though ita??s been 2.5 weeks since I placed my order, I only received part of it so far. Many items are still missing with no communication from customer service. The items that I have received are not in great condition, one acer that Ia??ve ordered came half dead. No response from the customer service team to request for resolution either. Other plants that have arrived are a bit sad looking but not dead. However what is disappointing is the actual items that get sent. For example, the listing says specimen is between 120-140cm. What arrived was 118cm from the ground including the pot. Just advertise it as 120cm specimen and people will be less disappointed. The other plant was supposed to be between 60 and 110cm! and again ita??s 59cm from the ground with the pot. So ita??s clear that they are interested in sending customers the lower end items but then again please dona??t list it as 60-110cm! Still waiting to hear back from customer service regarding the half dead plant and the missing items in my order

Helaas in meer dan de helft van de gevallen wordt er geen moeite gedaan het pakket te bezorgen en ontvang je enkel de melding '???we hebben je gemist'??. Met dhl is het in mijn geval meestal dus niet vandaag besteld morgen in huis (zoals beloofd), maar vandaag besteld volgende week ophalen bij een pakketpunt. Jammer dat je dan toch thuis moet blijven voor de bezorging, ook al gebeurd het zelden echt.

Wills were fine then we got persuaded that lasting power of attorney was needed. Told them costa were restrictive, then got told we could pay for it all over 12 months. Scraped the money together to do this. Documents all signed as highlighted then we get them returned saying they needed redoing. During that conversation we have now discovered that additional costs of '? ?350 are going to be incurred to make the Documents valid. So am now paying out 12 months of payments to have worthless Documents unless I pay out half the amount again. BEWARE
