I purchased a Yuka Mini 600. I have a relatively small suburban yard 5000 square feet between all the zones which is well within the Yuka mini 600s advertised capabilities. After setting up the mower, I learned that I cannot change the perimeter laps, the mowing patternmode, or the path overlap from the default settings. because of this, for a single 1500 square foot zone that I tested it took 240 minutes to complete! This does not include the four times it needs to recharge to complete. This takes the entire mowing process for a 1500 square foot zone to almost 8 hours! How can this mower complete 600 square meters of mowing in a day as advertised if it cant even do 140 square meters in 8 hours? I reached out to mammotion support a handful of times to at least learn how to change these setting in the mammotion app. Every single time, Im told to be patient and wait for someone to reach out with the answers. But the emails never comes. No one resolves my issues. No one has answers.If I hadnt thrown away my packaging, Id probably be returning this mower due to deceiving advertising.

The MacBook I purchased honestly exceeded my expectations. I think its important to read the reviews of the individual seller youre looking at on back market, but my experience was fabulous. My refurbed MacBook works great, and Im super happy with my purchase. Initially i felt like i might be taking a gamble, but Id absolutely buy from back market again, and the same seller. Gousto launching in Northern Ireland has been a game changer for me. As a working mum, I struggled to come up with recipe ideas during the week and am so happy to be able to organise family dinners weeks in advance. The variety of meals on offer is amazing, my boxes always arrive on time with no missing ingredients and most importantly the dinners are unbelievably delicious. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KARCHER!!!!!!!I would award them MINUS 100 if I could.Bought a K2 power washer 10 days ago. The flimsy plastic yellow clip securing the power hose to the spray gun broke immediately.I wanted to email them requesting a new part! I was unable to contact this lot by normal methods, only an idiotic WHATSAPP service that has nobody at the other end. I submitted an image of the broken part, receipt, guarantee and product info as shown on the machine! What more could they possible need?This is the drivel they sent me, it seems they use disappearing messages too as some can no longer be opened on my PCThank you for your message. You are in the queue to speak to an agent who will aim to respond to you within 1 business day. Thanks, Karcher UK.Clearly they have NOT read my review as the fault is already detailed, doumentary evidence was submitted on my first Whatsapp message to Karcher!This suggests a number of things possibly ALL of them apply1 They do NOT read anything that is sent to them the entire process seems to be a botridden disaster!2 Their product is so fault ridden they cant keep on top of complaints.3 They have nobody in Customer Service.4They do not CARE about customer complaints!As for verifying my complaint surely Trust Pilot could add a form to allow additional info in this case info that has ALREADY been submitted!If the product was fit for purpose and their services was any way half decent there would be NO complaint! What more could they possibly need?The additional info form on another email asks for a reference number there isnt one. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!What is WRONG with this company???Anyway, the part arrived today 16th April what a carry on.As I said, NEVER buy this product, their customer service is always too busy i.e they have no customer service.Now wondering how long the machine will last before it has to be scrapped. IMO their guarantee is worthless as is the product!
