In comparing travel insurance policies, we needed a real person to help us determine what we needed. Your agent, Maranda M., was very helpful. She responded quickly and gave us everything we needed to know in an email. Best of all, when I called back to purchase the insurance, i spoke directly with her.

Peter was an incredible customer service rep! He was knowledgeable the right amount of friendly methodical in his process which exuded credibility and created trust available but not pushy and I dont think he ever asked me to repeat myself other than when necessary credit card info! I was buying travel insurance for 11 people in 4 different states and it went smoothly!!!I have told people I know about my remarkable customer service experience with Peter! You have a real keeper with him!
