I called to get more information regarding a quote I got online for travel insurance. The agent, Sereniti was great at answering all my questions, and made sure I understood the policy, and made great suggestions. I am very impressed with her customer service skills, and knowledge. I would definitely recommend this agency without hesitation. I appreciate all her help with obtaining my travel insurance for my upcoming trip.
