The associate that I spoke to at AARDY was Peter. I first called to ask about travel insurance policies issued through AARDY. Peter was very helpful to answer all my questions and concerns. His quote to me was consistent with what our traveling companions had told us about their policy they had purchased from AARDY. Pete was courteous, very knowledgeable regarding the coverages, and answered all of our questions. After obtaining the initial quote, I called back the next day to ask for Peter and purchase the insurance.

Such little detail collected or provided!!! Requested quote for 2 week Mediterranean Trip that included a Cruise for Myself and Husband with pre and post trips in Spain, Naples and Rome. But first destination is only on Declaration Page and for ONE TRAVELER???? Only field for Primary Traveler on form no way to be add a second traveler. Trying to get straightened out. I did receive quick reply and appreciate quick response and direction So great customer service however the Application and subsequent submission is so brief without adequate detail in my opinion 35 yr Insurance Broker, Regional Marketing Director for a Fortune 100 Global Broker.

I ordered on line and nothing happened so I called since I didnt want to redo since I didnt know if the charge had gone through. I called and the gentleman that helped me said oh yes I can see your purchased policy so he emailed me all the information for my party of four. It turned out ok but next time Ill just call instead of trying to buy online.
