I ordered on line and nothing happened so I called since I didnt want to redo since I didnt know if the charge had gone through. I called and the gentleman that helped me said oh yes I can see your purchased policy so he emailed me all the information for my party of four. It turned out ok but next time Ill just call instead of trying to buy online.
