Peter was an incredible customer service rep! He was knowledgeable the right amount of friendly methodical in his process which exuded credibility and created trust available but not pushy and I dont think he ever asked me to repeat myself other than when necessary credit card info! I was buying travel insurance for 11 people in 4 different states and it went smoothly!!!I have told people I know about my remarkable customer service experience with Peter! You have a real keeper with him!
