Review Time
Chris as Stevenage was excellent, spend time with him on Saturday to show us the different types of bed and dinning room table:chairs to match our requirements, Chris knew his subject matter very well and was very customer focused. So today - Sunday, we saw him and just bought what we discussed/liked that meet our needs/requirements
Jay and Wayne did great job delivering and setting up our new sofa. Michael the GM in Slough store made it happen and we have no words to Thank him for all his efforts to make it happen within one week for our parents who are visiting us next week. Michael cared about it and understood our need that we needed a sofa bed urgently and He made it possible. We want to say a big Thank You to Michael, Jay and Wayne and anybody else who were involved in this delivery.
The delivery was excellent, I was informed of arrival in several stages ahead of time, both Patryk and Piotr were very courteous and open to how best get the two large sofas into the house. Everything was set up swiftly and they answered any questions we had. Very good experience, thank you.
