Review Time
Very helpful in store but couldn't give a 5 star as delivery wasn't good it dud cone 3 weeks early which was no problem, however they wanted to deliver bank hol Monday which again was no bother as it was between 10am an 12 noon, but I had a call at 6.30am to say it would be in 15mins away by a automated message so I cudnt reply and we were staying out so we had a massive rush to get back so early it was not a good experience.
I would like to thank furniture village for the great service they provided myself and my wife From order to delivery was extremely fast The two guys who delivered my bed was very polite and professional (Dan and Harry) the bed was not a light bed and had to be assembled by the guys as it was a ottoman bed the total weight was over 140kgThey removed all the packaging and left my house the same as they came into it I would absolutely recommend furniture village this is why I gave 5 Stars
Ash D & Mike were a compliment to furniture village. They arrived on time and gave us notice as per the email we received. They offered to take off their shoes without us asking, and assembled the unit swiftly and quickly whilst we had a good chat. They should be commended for the way they carried themselves, their customer service and the way they represented the company. Very happy.
Steve and Matthew from Store 2 Door on behalf of furniture village were great delivering our sofa'???s, coffee table and lamp. Called me beforehand to let me know how long they would be, they carefully assembled our sofa and made sure they were working fine. Nice guys and also took all of the empty boxes away
