I'???m already their customer account 266837. Was thinking to install bonline on 2 new premises. Ms Sakeena first said they can offer service at discount and passed me to Mr Abdul who was very disrespectful and rude in saying i can'???t get better compared to xln and that as businessman i should know what discount is?? Well bonline better should know that as customer it'???s my right to shop around and its my choice if i want to go ahead or not. I rather would cancel existing one and rather would like to pay more to other provider who know to respect customers. Zaheer

Service Termination Issues

We had experienced a problem with the initial termination of our services, due to communication errors. We were subsequently billed incorrectly and the services were not terminated. Judy Whiteboy quickly got onto the issue and resolved it for us quickly and efficiently, ensuring that any overpaid bills were credited back and absorbing the termination fee. I appreciate Judy's support with this matter.

An adhoc decision to start a trial lead

An adhoc decision to start a trial lead to a call with Mekaylin as part of the setup process - this was nice, no pressure chat around the basic setup and features and 20 minutes into the call I'd completely forgotten this was being handled by the bOnline app, which was pleasant surprise. I've not yet made any decisions as to whether we'll transfer our services over - but Mekaylin made a great first impression and I'm inclined to explore the service further as a result.
