Rude sales people

I'???m already their customer account 266837. Was thinking to install bonline on 2 new premises. Ms Sakeena first said they can offer service at discount and passed me to Mr Abdul who was very disrespectful and rude in saying i can'???t get better compared to xln and that as businessman i should know what discount is?? Well bonline better should know that as customer it'???s my right to shop around and its my choice if i want to go ahead or not. I rather would cancel existing one and rather would like to pay more to other provider who know to respect customers. Zaheer
