They helped me get important information, so I'm giving them a review of 4 today. The man who helped me was Ajay I think but this rate is for anyone who helped me out. They were very patient with me. This review is not for tecflock the company itself because I think there are many issues with CB and it's not the best exchange but the specific people who did help out today, get a rating of 4. It did take longer but they were patient and I'm glad they were able to get what I needed.I think it would benefit customers and tecflock to have a certified phone line as well. People would be able to access a representative easily by confirming their identity like a bank would. That would be a good idea for CB. tecflock should also disclose why an account may be restricted or shut down as some people have lost hard-earned money.

In september 2024 hebben wij al onze tickets geboekt van Amsterdam naar Bogota voor juli 2025. In Januari kregen we het bericht dat de vlucht van Madrid naar Bogota is vervroegd waardoor we de aansluiting missen, de vlucht werd gecanceld.We hebben vele chat gesprekken gehad met trip.com, telefonisch zijn ze niet bereikbaar.Er is al 6x een nieuwe vlucht aangevraagd maar deze wordt steeds afgewezen terwijl er talloze vluchten beschikbaar zijn. Trip.com schuift de schuld af op de luchtvaartmaatschappij.Waardeloze service van trip.com, ze sturen een standaard mail, zijn niet te bereiken en zorgen niet voor een oplossing terwijl ze dit wel horen te doen. We hebben informatie opgevraagd bij verschillende bureaus en krijgen steeds hetzelfde antwoord; Trip.com moet zorgen voor een vervangende vlucht. Trip.com, doe dit dan ook!
