Review of SiteGround
I run a small IT consultancy business and carefully selected SiteGround as my partner for domains, and webhost. However, recently I contacted support because I was charged twice, '? ?17.99 for a domain transfer and then '? ?17.99 for its renewal. Support chat confirms that if you transfer your domain to them within 10 days of its expiry, it will extend the renewal by 12 months. (nowhere does it state this). However, due to my own efficiencies, I transferred the domain within its expiry notice period (but greater than 10 days) which triggered them to take '? ?17.99 for the transfer then ask for a further '? ?17.99 for renewal. When I asked him to see if there was anything he could do to rid me of this charge as I have around 20 domains to transfer over, he ignored the question said he will 'feedback' then closed the chat.This is not how you do business and now I am looking for another partner to host these domains and associated webhosting and move the lot away from them.

I had issues with my bank card and it needed replacement which meant I couldn?? my winnings. I contacted paddy power who were a great help and I appreciated the fact the were concerned in case anyone tried anything fraudulent on my account and my issue was quickly rectified

Mein Cruiser wurde am 02.08.2024 ausgeliefert. Das Hinterrad macht starke Schleifger'?usche. Am 09.08.2024 wurde der Akku nicht mehr erkannt und l'?sst sich auch nicht mehr laden. Ich habe mehrere Tickets er'?ffnet, mit der R'?ckmeldung, dass man sich darum k'?mmert. Bis heute ist nichts passiert. Das neue Bike kann leider nicht genutzt werden. Ich bin sehr entt'?uscht!

Hallo Martin, Bedankt dat je de tijd neem om je ervaring te delen. En helaas is je laatste ervaring niet bepaald positief. Dat snap ik goed, als ik naar je order kijk. De brochures zijn natuurlijk te laat verstuurd en dat had beter gemoeten. Extra vervelend dat je het drukwerk voor presentatie nodig had en dus met lege handen stond. Daar wil ik in ieder wel onze excuses voor aanbieden. Ik zie dat je een klacht hebt aangemaakt, dus mijn collega's van de serviceafdeling zullen hierover contact met je opnemen. Hopelijk kunnen we alsnog samen tot een oplossing komen. Nogmaals excuses voor de late levering en het ontstane ongemak. Je hoort snel van ons. Groet,Bert van Reclameland
