Still waiting to get my Cash no one picks up the phone no one chats on chat screen then told we will email within 48 hours your reviews are saying it all disgusting customer service Just heard from Lucy so hopefully things will get moving now at the moment i will move them up to 2 star until i receive my inspection On completion of my claim i received an acceptable offer and received payment within 1 hour of call and inspection Lucy was great and she was very responsive

Inmiddels mijn order (van de vorige review) maar geannuleerd. Na 5 weken "we verwachten hem binnen 2 dagen geleverd te krijgen" ben ik er wel klaar mee.Hopelijk wordt dit snel verwerkt is.Niets dan lof voor de mensen aan de telefoon die de klant elke keer moeten teleurstellen maar verder ook niets kunnen. Alleen met zo'n slecht management en nog steeds op de website zetten dat alles binnen 2 dagen leverbaar is is gewoon misleiding als je klanten die 5 weken daarvoor besteld hebben nog niet uitgeleverd hebt.
