It was great because the support team responded very very fast - even on A SUNDAY!! I fortunately have a brother who could walk me through the instructions. So I do recommend having more complete support for newbies who do not understand the backend of wordpress sites.
Review of Penhaligons
I received a bottle of fragrance for Christmas. When opened and sprayed for the first time, I noticed that the atomiser did not stand high enough from the neck of the bottle, and so it sprayed into the neck of the bottle and then dripped out, rather than misting into the air. I am no stranger to Penhaligon's and have always had excellent service in their Leeds store, so expected that this would be a quick and easy fix. Sadly, I could not be helped in store, as the item was bought online, and online customer services said that they also would not help, since the item had been bought over 30 days ago.I again explained that the bottle was full and faulty (with photos to show that atomiser didn't come out fully), and so they begrudgingly said that they would 'request' a return for me, but that it might get rejected because it was used (one spray!) and over 30 days old. So now I'm waiting (for 2 days, so far) to find out if Penhaligon's will accept a return on a faulty bottle ...not what I'd expect from a brand selling ?100-250 bottles of fragrance :/EDIT: The response that Penhaligon's has offered below refers to an internal investigation, which takes up to 28 days, into whether or not they will make good on this faulty bottle. Seriously.

Habe ein Handy gekauft aber gleich am n'?chsten Tag wieder zur'?ck gesendet, da der Hersteller einen deutlich besseren Preis (inkl Smartwatch geschenkt) hatte. Der Partnerh'?ndler (Cleverbuy) hat sich fast zwei Wochen geweigert die Retoure des Ger'?tes zu bearbeiten. Refurbed war das scheinbar auch egal. Erst als ich bei Klarna reklamiert und die wiederum bei Refurbed interveniert haben, wurde sie Retoure bearbeitet. Kundenservice von Cleverbuy und Refurbed ist einfach bodenlos.

I had an Engage bank account which was very fair with fees and a great bank with a credit union. They were unfortunately bought out by Suits Me, so I had no choice but to go over to them. Suits Me, charges you unfairly high fees for everything you do on the account. I am absolutely disgusted and feel they are taking advantage of vulnerable people whom are already in financial mess, making it worse. Avoid unless they are your only option.

I had a parcel delivered today that should have had three items in it. When I noticed the bag had been torn open. I noticed my hair straightness was gone ?? I’m fuming over this because I ordered these to take on holiday with me and now I’m not gonna get another pair in time. Tell your delivery drivers to stop stealing peoples stuff.

Terrible design, all clothes slide to the end and bunch up in the garment sleeve leaving everything so wrinkly . When watching videos , they make it look like individual pockets for outfits. Way too expensive to be such a disappoint and a poorly designed bag. Waste of money . Was looking forward to using on trip to Italy. Gotta switch last minute on bags now

Wat een achterlijke bezorg service is dit. In en in slecht en triest. Ik ben gewoon thuis!!!!! Tot 3 KEER TOE krijg ik een mail: We konden je pakket niet bezorgen. Geen bel gehoord. Ook geen gemiste oproep gehad op m’n deurbel. Kan alles netjes terug kijken. Ik hoop echt dat jullie failliet gaan want jullie zijn zulke prutsers!
