Review of Super.com
I had good experiences up until my current hotel stay- the booking photos show that the hotel includes a bar and restaurant however upon arrival nothing along those lines was available and the hotel was a completely different name than what showed via Super. Most of the pictures must have been from a previous owner but I'?€™m so disappointed, I always make sure my hotel stays have these amenities for convenience and when I contacted the super customer support to ask for a partial refund due to the misleading photos they gave me the run around for thirty minutes and said basically it'?€™s not their problem- uhm if il giving you my money for a service you're promising me then it is your problem. Probably will stop using them as this had really made me second guess what I will get from them.

Cashing out to a gift card was no problem, however I originally had the impression I could get cash but that does not appear to be the case, and I could not find or get an answer anywhere. But other than that getting paid to play is fine with me :)

Fabulous CBD oil , it tastes as it's natural form, it works. I just don't like the price as I can get it half price with boots ... So I will have to way up the quality and wether it's worth it cost wise :(..

Ik krijg een mail dat ik niet thuis zou zijn. Dit is niet de eerste keer. Zoals ook voorgaande keren was ik wel thuis maar is de pakket bezorger te lui om de pakketjes te bezorgen. Mijn pakket dat vandaag geleverd zou worden en ik vandaag nodig hebt wordt 'normaal' morgen in een parcelshop gedropt. Een klacht is vrijwel niet mogelijk. Bellen kan aan €0,30 per minuut en uiteraard is het (zoals gewoonlijk) uitzonderlijk druk. De chatbot snapt het helemaal niet en een antwoord op een klacht krijg je nooit.

The most disgraceful customer service I have ever experienced - do not touch them with a bargepole!I had reserved a car with a ?500 deposit, but was informed that I couldn't test drive it on the arranged day as they had lost the keys (!!??) - they gave insufficient notice of this and ruined a weekend of plans I had moved around. When I visited the store to request a refund of my deposit, I encountered the so-called 'manager,' Barry, who displayed an alarming lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing my concerns, he winked at me and dismissed my frustration, saying that "keys go missing all the time," and added, “You have your opinion, I have mine,” without offering any apology or resolution.I am baffled by the level of arrogance and incompetence displayed during this interaction. It’s hard to understand how a business can operate effectively under such circumstances.
