Still having a lease but never received items due to cancellation

My Order was never allowed to process due to payment method but still have a contract. My order shows canceled and I've spoken to a representative. i have a case open but i don't want to be held on the hook for the lease that i never received the items for.Id like to use katpult again but its not a great start
