Review of Future AU
What a terrible experience as a New Customer trying to open an account!!!!! The ONLY option is the stupid chatbot which is not helping at all. Then I find the Future au Customer Service email and no NO ONE is replying to my email. Definitely considering going somewhere else as if I battle to open an account, what is the rest of my Future au experience going to be like? I have now uploaded my Bank Statements most probably 30 times and the only message I am getting is "Proof of income is not acceptable" and the stupid chatbot cannot assist....it all goes into one vicious circle as I keep on getting emails reminding me to upload my proof of bank account. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!
