The website has been updated and it made everything so chaotic. Before the update all memberships were nicely ligned up on the feed, now it is full of unnecessary information even if you disable all notifications. I looked into it with Customer Care but they could only show me how to access the courses through the chaos. Even they have a more clear dashboard than the users which doesnt make sense. Not recommending this platform at all!

The platform is easy to use. It would be better if they have a reminder system, like to notify us before the next payment.I did forget to cancel some overpriced service. So I cancel it as soon as I got a credit card message. I raised this to the shop to refund, but they reject it. Whop team are kind enough to compensate some of the charge to me. Thanks to Whop!

terrible company i thought i was getting good customer service with an issue i had with a seller but they basically allowed the seller to scam me because my purchase was outside of the refund window yet they control the payment processing for the platform. I had purchased liftetime access to a sellers products and the seller removed my access randomly for no reason possible retaliation for a valid 3 star review. Keep in mind i paid hundreds of dollars for the product. Whop basically asked the seller to refund me and the seller of course said no and whop told me sorry we cant help you. So keep in mind Whop allows scamming on their platform. I may seek legal action at this point tbh. Absolutely absurd. Update Whop asked me to reach out i sent them an email lets see if they resolve it appropriately this time.

I found out a crypro group I was part of was essentially a scam and the owner was a 17 yr old kid. Most of the students are losing money. Rarely any wins. Meme coin trading was all gambling. I requested a 700 refund from whop the same day I paid for it a lifetime subscription and whop declined. I feel that whop is a scam website full of course gurus. Now the like of imaan ghadzi have invested he is know to be a scammer too and even stole money via his gents crouquet club nft a few years back. Anyway all these course sellers and grifters will be gone in a few years time, once the marketplace catches up and matures.
