If it was possible, I would have given them zero stars.I wanted to see what it was so I created the account and I never used it because it was not something for me so I deleted my account but even after that they billed me 62 and when I wrote to them about it, they told me that there must have been A technical issue so my request have not been going through and because of that they don??t want to give me the money back I appeal and even after that, they don??t want to give me the money back

I highly appreciate the service that whop has provided for me. I had a membership issue that couldnt be resolved with the owners of a group, but thankfully everything got resolved with the special team whop has. Thank you!

I did not like the action on the part of the ambro server that they removed access to their server from me due to the fact that they no longer sell in my region. It turns out that I just picked up a second phone to upload for an American audience. And your clipping course just has a video on how to reach an American audience. No one else except Ambros server did this. This is absolutely stupid. I consider this incompetence on the part of the ambro server administration. Theyre going to lose a lot of clippers at this rate, unless of course Im the only one facing this problem. Im disappointed.modified 02.05.205i returned the server access ambro, but i dont know how long its. wait 3 days and update this reviewmodified 02.05.205 few hours laterme again kicked from the server ambro and im not upset.

I got scammed signing up for ??HOLD MY HAND WHOLESALE? and would like my 19.99 back! They are only offering me a credit which I don??t want or need. The product was not at all like it was described. I never used it and want my money back ASAP. I requested a refund within 48 hours of the purchase.

I trusted Whop as a reliable platform, but my recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating. A seller created a splitpayment product without providing clear information about it. I was charged immediately instead of receiving the trial I was promised. While the seller initially refunded the payment and sent a working link, the issue with the first subscription remains unresolved.The seller has now stopped responding entirely, and I cannot cancel the subscription. To make matters worse, Whop support claims they can??t do anything about it, leaving me stuck paying for a product I never wanted.How is it acceptable for Whop to allow creators to mislead customers with unclear products? And why is there no protection for users when sellers behave irresponsibly? Whop manages the entire system but seems powerless??or unwilling??to address such issues.This experience has left me feeling misled and unprotected. I expected Whop to take responsibility and assist customers, but it seems they prioritize their creators over their users. Very disappointing, and I wouldn??t recommend trusting this platform.

Very bad service. My teacher, Jesus Mora Trader, did not receive the payments that his many students made. They kept our money and did not apply the payments to the owner or recipient, who is the teacher. I recommend not using this company.

As an owner of a whop, they just released a 10 fee for the customer to pay on top of their existing subscription. On top of the fees I already pay. My customers will be paying over 3,000 a month in fees.The worst part is that they never notified me that they made this change, and my customers where not notified of the price change. As a result they are upset at me for raising the prices.If you are planning on creating a community or using this platform as a payment processor. Use another service, it is not worth the costs associated and the miscommunication is not acceptable.

Brady was incredible. Please pay him more. I would not have gotten the issue resolved and been entertained and happy with the experience with anyone else. He was patient, thoughtful, and thorough. Like a good doctor in the big Lebowski. Pay him more. Or promote him. Or both. Whatever. Buy him a new hat.

Ive been using Whop for at least over a year by now, and honestly, its been super smooth. Till date, have never had a platform issue, its never been inaccessible it has never been down, at least when Ive signed into it. I did run into a small issue with one of the creators, but customer service team was on it and very helpful. They responded fast via their online chat and emails, and made sure to get everything sorted out. What I liked most was that they actually listened to me, and heard my side of the story. I submitted supporting documentation. I felt validated and appreciated as a client. Needless to say, I really appreciated how they handled it ! Overall, its a great spot to learn new stuff ! would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to learn a new skill !! NOW, if I can only get that popup wheel of fortune to let me one a free 2 month subscription that would be awesome too ! Ive spun that damn thing 3x daily for weeks, and I never win anything !! Special thanks to Jp and Nick in customer service

The seller of the program from whom I purchased the training accepted my refund request but Whop is blocking the money on his side under the pretext that we have to wait weeks for it to go back into the payment processor.

I was blocked on whop because my post in a whop u chat was not deemed permissable. Instead of just being businesslike and telling me I was blocked, it was done secretively. I realise now that the heads at whop have lost touch with their admins and anyone can be an admin, unfortunately for me there appears to be a click operating on the whop u chat that was acting as judge and jury so had left me in a predicament as I had just created an online business and entrepreneurs course of 50 weeks with 3 video lessons a week and today regrettably I had to delete it over something so trivial that happened on whop namely my first post was a picture of me holding a business book encouraging people with my progress that was deemed as Spam which I found out last night on the same chat room asking a question. It appears that there are juvenile admins operating on whop and how many others has this happened to. I was not expecting this lack of propriety by a platform I trusted with my business. As a result of this its can only be 1 star. My score out of 10 Is 110. I have kept my templates, I can recrrate my course but the fact remains are whop really wanting custom?
