They will side with the content producer every time. I provided evidence of fraud my email, phone, and credit card were all hacked and they still sided with the content producer.

I helped a friend buy a produkt and all i can say is, nah dont use this company and other companies that uses whop.com. Youll get whhoooppped and scamedshame on you

Zero stars, but not allowed to give. They do not honour money back guarantees that are clearly advertised by the vendor. They will support the vendor when you ask for your risk free money back and basically help the vendor mug you. You have been warned you will lose your money if you are not happy with a service. Just look at all one star reviews most are saying the same. How they have achieved a 4 star rating I do not know, my feelings is there are a lot of fake positive reviews. I actually copied the advert and pointed out the page number the money back guarantee was given on, still didnt get my money.

Whop is scammer,I baught a course of sniper forver trading circle by Matt loebor,I joined his community in discord via whop payment method,I didnt get eny value from his course and comunity ,I applied for refund my money on 3rd day of subscription but he rejected,Even he has a 1 week refund policy.He is scammer Scamming people.

I suscribed to Jess Mora Trader. My debit card was charged for USD 200, after a month Jess Mora had to finish the service since Whop didnt pay to him.I believe this is a fraudulent, scammers platform.

Been on Whop Platform for over a year and its been pretty great, fees are low for payments collected, payouts are very fast coming in the next day, and its easy to setup for newcomers. Overall great platform and its only continuing to grow. Also to add that Whop has a lot of eyes and customers coming in daily which can benefit many businesses here on Whop. Im proud to mention Ben Kaplan from Whop Customer Support as he has provided above and beyond customer service for my company and helped me with issues when needed in a perfect timely manner. Hes taken the extra step to look into my issues when they arise and has THE best communication Ive dealt with here on Whop! As for the 45 stars, Whop has an automatic dispute system in place that can really impact some sellers who are on the lower end of earning. A buyercustomer can dispute a charge with their bank that is under 100 and get an automatic refund. This is in place so that it helps the sellers dispute rate BUT it also hurts us at the same time as they charge a MASSIVE 35 Fee around 35 PLUS the actual membership cost. Its non negotiable as well as Buyers can not turn off or edit this feature as well. Overall love the Whop platform and HIGHLY suggest it to anyone whos looking to start earning an income online!

Terrible company with terrible ethics. Their link didn??t work to cancel the auto renew after a free trial. Forgot about it and raised my concerns 2 weeks later, had not been using the product. Told it was too late and tough luck pretty much closed the case without hearing my side of the story. Do not recommend

JP was phenomenal! He really took the time to listen to my concerns, he did the whole process of elimination when I was having issues trying to access a course, and even then he was in the background working with his team to see how the issue can be resolved. Ultimately, the support team from the course had to do something on their end but he never failed to provide an update. Communicating was easy as I could screen record or send screenshots so it felt like we were communicating right over the phone even though it was all text. Thank you again JP, you are so calm, patient, talking with you was easy and not cringe at all lol. Again service was 1010. Recognition or some kind of reward should be given.
