I have used whop on several occasions and i can honestly say their website is primitive at best, I have reached out to them on several occasions explaining the issues but there as been no resolution or feedback, the one thing i have found is they are very good at diverting and attempting to put the blame on the resellers who use their platform. the platform is not user friendly, not all lists have sidebars so it makes scrolling and navigating very clumsy and time consuming. when trying to study on the platform the material is protected which i understand, but there is no facility to expand the learning material to full screen like there is with the videos. I will tag this review into the whop chat in the hope that they now actually listen, although Im not hopeful. when these issues get resolved i will update this review so be mindful to check the date of posting

Absolute Scammers, 3 weeks still no refund. Withholding over 300USD despite discord provider authorising the refund... Agents just give generic answers but no results. Pathetic organisation

So far, Whop gies me everything I need for my course and I like that they only take a small fee for processing a payment and I dont mind at all paying them to have my course on their market place. How didnt I know about them sooner. They are just amaziing and I love that they guarantee that they can help you make money in the first 30 days.

I bought a product 1 on 1 call of one hour. Seller didnt deliver. I asked for a refund. The seller refused to. I made an appeal and whop denied the refund even with the proofed I showed. I asked them to give me proof of the delivery of the call and they didnt until now. They dont work for the customer. They are thieves.

Well, if you are not a serious entrepeneur or business owner with some tech knowledge, yes I admit that the Whop interface may be a little bit difficult to navigate. Nothing that two or three days of full imersive studying cant fix.But if you are a true business owner, and especially a savy one like me, Whop has been a blessing. The integrations and complete management of in and outs of Telegram and Discord channels, the course app they provide is top notch, and even the affiliate system for our own business is amazing.Im very happy with Whop! My recommendation is to use ClickFunnels for the landing and sales page and Whop for the membership management. A powerful combination!Ps oh... and payouts. Lots of reviews saying it take too long. My experience is 5 to 7 days since the request is started. Is that too long?

i spend a day on promoting their website which they promise to pay me 50 per 1k view.So i made an youtube video follow all their instruction.And i ask them Can i make it on my own language so more people from my audience can understand it and they said yes, since they dont make a statement on the rules its fineNow, i upload the video and waiting for them to approve now they suddenly added a new rule audience must be from US and Canada I mean they change the rule after i posted the video now a lot of people are asking me about this did you really get paid or the viewers must be from US Feels like im scamming a lot of people and i really feel bad about it

I disputed a charge with my credit card from Thors Hammer, a fraudulent creator on Whop. They immediately suspended my account where I have many other paid courses. As disputing a charge is not allowed in their terms of service.I reached out to support to explain, and once they knew what happened stopped responding. Whop would much rather protect their clients running scams on their platform then the people who buy from them.Stay away from Whop, and if you are an honest creator on their platform move to Skool as they will eventually burn you as well,

Avoid. Whop has become progressively worse over time. The platform is overengineered, clunky, and unreliable. Support is dreadful ?? slow to respond and unhelpful when they do. They??ve also started issuing refunds for products that were fully delivered at the time of purchase, which is both unfair and disruptive for sellers.

Very personable and very professional support staff. Although they are professional they still make you feel like you??re talking to an actual person rather than someone copying and pasting auto generated responses. I had a weird issue which I thought could not be resolved. I was answered quickly and professionally and my issue was solved within minutes. Shoutout to Nick on the support team for the help!
