I had an absolutely terrible experience with Whop as a merchant processor. They are the epitome of unprofessionalism and completely incapable of doing the right thing for their customers. Their customer service is not only rude but shockingly dismissive, making it clear they have no interest in resolving issues fairly or reasonably.When I reached out with legitimate concerns, I was met with indifference and an unwillingness to help. They displayed a complete lack of accountability and refused to address the problem, leaving me feeling frustrated and ignored. Their policies seem designed to protect their interests at the expense of their customers.If youre considering using Whop, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Their unreasonable approach and poor customer service make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice. Save yourself the headache and avoid Whop at all costs.

I joined the Scarface Trades Whop course and found it wasnt what I expected and was very expensive for what it was when there are free courses that give more information and structure. After deciding it wasnt going to benefit me I cancelled from the Whop app only to have another monthly fee taken from my account the next month, this was mildly annoying and I found out you have to unsubscribe in a very difficult way which I then did, I left a fair review of my customer experience and it was deleted, after being passed by admin I thought this was strange and mailed then a few hours later it was put back up with nobody knowing why it happened, this went on to happen SIX TIMES over the coming weeks, I asked WHOP if they were affiliated with Scarface trades which they denied but after the SIXTH time I believe they are, so if you want an honest opinion about course from Whop, dont trust their own reviews as they have all been cherry picked. I would never use Whop for a course again as I dont trust them to be a credible, honest business, they have no integrity and do not value opinions of customers that want to express their opinion.Reply to WhopI have sent the details back to you that you have requested, but I wouldn??t expect anything to change as my review was deleted not six times but eight times and each time after being approved by admin and nobody ever seemed to know why when I queried it, that makes you lose faith in a company because you can??t trust the courses it provides because the customer reviews are fake and only show the high rated reviews. My review is now here on TrustPilot a place I trust and where my review will not be deleted and after reading the other reviews about Whop here it seems that deleting unfavourable reviews is common practice.

Dont waste your time and money on this is useless took my time to setup a content rewards program put 2 to see how system works and everything proper testing before launching a campaign Well has been 16 days and no money has bee topped up I raise a support ticket and after having 10 support agents they all said the same oh so sorry for this, I have escalated with the team 16 days after we lost 2 still no solution, no money thank god we didnt put big amount of money if not for sure bye bye.I took my time to check other whops and can clearly see in the comments a lot of people have this issue Not being paid, waiting months and no payment received.so best advice Avoid this app Seems is a Scam TrapDONT GET SCAMMED!

Why do I have to wait 4 weeks for a refund?Refund blockage occurs within 48 hours of purchase on Whop. When a seller provides false advertising and ignores messages from the buyer, Whop only seems to care about trapping users and charging them every month.This is my first??and last??experience with Whop, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare.Here??s what I??ve experienced1. Stay away from Whop! They create unnecessary stress, confusion, and frustration. Don??t fall for the hype??you will face endless issues just trying to cancel your membership.2. They block the Cancel Membership button and instead push a Discount option to avoid processing your refund.3. The support team stalls for days, taking up to a week to respond to refund requests.4. If you try to remove your card from their system, they state they won??t cancel your membership.5. This company operates fraudulently at every level. Their support team responds once a week at best, leaving you to deal with delays, withheld refunds, and additional charges.Whop is by far the worst payment service I??ve encountered. Even PayPal doesn??t operate like this.

It??s actually funny that these guys have a 4 star rating. I had an account with a subscription to a daily live video, that wasn??t live daily. I decided to cancel my subscription the day before my renew payment was due, to find that they had already charged me. After requesting a refund with evidence to support my claim, they declined within 10 seconds. My financial institution agreed with me and granted my dispute. Whop didn??t like this and cancelled my account. I??d find another platform if you don??t wanna get screwed.

Ive been using Whop for almost 1 year. I had lost my videos from my training but they were imported into the whop site so I asked if it was possible to retrieve the videos, and whop replied very quickly and sent me all the videos in the form of a google drive all tidy and clean. The support is great, thank you very much!
