My case was recently denied for a refund. I explained that I never received my membership and also forgot to cancel the trial, which is one of their reasons for even opening a refund case. Regardless of my detailed explanation, providing evidence, and contacting customer service multiple times to ensure they have all of the evidence and information, they denied my case even after an appeal. This is clearly a scam company. They do not care if buyers are receiving what they pay for or not. After reading other 1 star reviews it seems I am not the only one. I only lost 69.99 so its not a big deal. They lose more from bad reputation and buyer distrust. Its worth the loss in order to raise awareness and potentially prevent others from losing their money to this scam company. I do NOT recommend anyone use this service, lest you enjoy giving money in exchange for nothing.

I have been using Whop as a creator and business platform, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and, frankly, appalling. Heres what happened1.The first time my account was suspended, I provided detailed evidence, and the support team confirmed that there was no botting involved. After that, I tried to withdraw my funds ?? and suddenly, I was suspended again. I went through the same process, sent all the evidence again, and again they confirmed everything was fine. Then once more, when I attempted to withdraw, I was hit with another suspension. Each time, they reviewed it and admitted there was no botting. Yet again, I received another suspension.At this point, it??s clear this isn??t just a mistake ?? it??s a pattern. This site feels like a total scam. The moment you try to access your earnings, they find a way to block you. It??s happened too many times to be coincidence.2. Provided All the Evidence, but Was Still SuspendedI sent countless messages and emails to support, providing all the evidence that clearly proved I wasnt botting ?? that my views came from legitimate traffic and that I followed all the platforms guidelines. I even included screenshots, videos, and documents showing detailed view counts and how the traffic was generated.Despite this, I kept being told the suspensions were due to a botting violation. Yet no one could explain why my account had been unsuspended multiple times before, or why the same legitimate traffic was now suddenly considered suspicious. It just doesnt add up.3. Support Is Unresponsive and UnhelpfulI sent multiple inquiries to the support team asking for clarity on the situation, only to receive generic, copypaste responses. Every time, they said the decision was final and that the botting violation couldn??t be overturned ?? yet somehow, after dozens of appeals and backandforth, they would eventually unsuspend my account only to suspend it again the very next day.This cycle repeated multiple times, making it clear that not even their own team agrees on the decisions, and it felt like they were just stalling or avoiding accountability altogether. They even stopped responding at one point and disabled my ability to contact support directly.4. The Real Problem Withholding PaymentsThe most frustrating part of all this is that every time I tried to withdraw my earnings, my account was suspended. This seems to be a deliberate action to avoid paying creators for the work they??ve done. It??s hard to ignore that each suspension conveniently happened right after I attempted to withdraw money.5. The Final Outcome ?? My Account Remains SuspendedAt this point, I??m honestly exhausted. I??ve had to explain over and over again to support that I didn??t bot, that I didn??t do anything wrong ?? and despite sending every possible piece of evidence proving my traffic was 100 legitimate, they simply didn??t care. On top of that, I??ve lost a significant amount of money due to these repeated suspensions and the withholding of payouts. It??s incredibly frustrating to see all the time, effort, and money wasted, especially when I??ve done nothing wrong.It feels like no matter what I send ?? even if I had the most perfect, undeniable proof ?? they still wouldn??t be able to resolve the issue fairly. It??s beyond frustrating, and it seems like they just don??t care about treating creators with transparency or respect.I??ve had enough. Whop is withholding payments and using baseless accusations to freeze accounts. This is not how a platform should treat its creators. I have provided everything I could to prove my innocence, yet I??ve been silenced.Final ThoughtsIf you??re considering Whop as a platform, be very careful. It is clear that they can suspend your account at any moment, delay or avoid paying you, and provide little to no explanation. At this point, it feels like Whop doesn??t care about its creators ?? only about protecting its own interests.People should help spread this information so that others are aware of how Whop treats its users. It??s not about speculation ?? the proof is in the pattern. Just one look at how many times I??ve been suspended, despite being unsuspended multiple times with no wrongdoing confirmed, shows exactly what kind of treatment creators can expect.I strongly encourage others to share this story with fellow creators and friends so that this message reaches as many people as possible. I was having a terrible experience with a whop I bought and the support person was super helpful! They were able to refund the accidental purchase I made and taught me how to use clipping better. I actually made 50 instead of losing 100 lol. Really helpful.

whop takes the company side even when sending them proof of change of service policies and stopping the services originally paid for, company promised refunds to all lifetime users, a bunch of us file dthe refunds and whop say the company already has the refunds, so their refund policy is useless, in case it helps someone before buying anything in whop

Whop resolution support team are really the best. I issued a dispute on one of my memberships and had to wait one week until the company responded to my case. A week passed by as of today and the company didn??t respond to my case so it was automatically given to Whop??s resolution team. They say it takes 23 business days for a response but they responded the same day the case was handed to them and issued my refund. I??m grateful and I really appreciate the team, you should give them a raise.

All good when all is going to the plan, they can fix small things very fast, but.. when it is the big problem, like with scamers company Easy Algo wich they ruged more than 50 people whos payed 2500 dolar yearly subscriptions. Whop starts the finding complains that missing evidences, teasing time and later saying sorry for the long waiting time for case solvd and saying that past 60 days and they can not help D if you want avoid headache, bettrer not get involve with Whop, Easy Algo

I??ve made a purchase a mentorship program from the creator through whop, and canceled the next day and asked for a refund. The creator barely responded me and left me with nothing for three months. But I kept fighting and reached out to whop team. They are really helpful and supportive to the customer and I finally got my money back because of the whop team. Thank you so much whop team.
