I recently damaged my Iphone and was unable to access my account so I called customer service and unfortunately got a stroppy assistant who kept asking multiple security questions some of which I answered wrong. I really wanted to close the account and put the money back into my linked bank account this request was refused so it seems they will keep the money in that account this is one of the problems of using an online account. Ultimately they cut me off. Atom bank have eventually put things right with a phone call from a pleasant understanding guy named Andy he has put things right and I am very thankful to him.

I have been using AtomBank for some time and I have found it very easy to set up my saving accounts. I??m always looking for better saving rates for which AtomBank always had either it being a fixed rate or the new Instant Saver with access if I need my money.
