So impressed with this digital bank. The app is great but its also easy to get through to a real person very unusual these days! The support staff are well trained and always helpful. And the interest rates are excellent.

DO NOT USE ATOM BANK THIER APP DOES NOT WORK WHEN YOU NEED TO ACCESS YOUR MONEY.THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME VIA EMAIL, I AM ABROAD AND CANT ACCESS THE PHONE. THEY GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER THAT DOESNT WORK. I HAVE ASKED THREE TIMES FOR A WHATSAPP OR A ZOOMGOOGLE MEETS CALL TO GET A LAGRE SUM OF MONEY OUT AND THEY ARE REFUSING.I AM DESPERATELY TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND WHEN I DO I WILL BE CLOSING MY ATOM ACCOUNT AND NEVER USING AGAIN.
