I have used Atom bank some years ago and my experience was positive. So I opened a new saving account. The app is easy to follow. Money reaches electronically in seconds.Only my gripe is during app registration. I had to upload my driving license in addition to take a picture of my face, and give samples of my voice recording etc. Atom app does not give any other options other than uploading all of this. I only wanted to access to my account using my passcode only so it would have been nice if I was given my choice not to go through these additional process. Plus other banks do not require these process and I find it very intrusive. But as a bank it has been reliable so I gave 5 stars.

The app works perfectly and is very straight forward. Transferring money out of a fixed term savings account and into other Atom products and else where was so well organised and simple to do. The app is the best banking app I??ve come across it just works and is so easy to use.
