What an easy process! I had some savings that I wanted to keep safe and earning a decent interest, Atom was up there with the interest rates and their reviews were good, so I went for it. I had an absolutely trouble free process transfering the money to my new saver and communication has been great, not too much, just enough to keep me in the loop, the app is easy to navigate, so super happy so far.

Opening the account was a straightforward experience. I like the app, it is easy to use. I used the wrong bank account to put money into Atom so it was returned to the original account. The online chat was super Kamran and answered my queries, I resolved the issue super quickly. A good experience so far.

Very efficient re. deposits and payments.No delays money returned immediately when I closed the account, as the interest rate wasnt the highest, especially if one makes more than three withdrawals.The account is only accessible via smartphone app, which may not suit everyone.

It is very easy to set up a reward saver account online.Every step is explained and shown in the app,which you download to apply.Authentication is by face,speech,or password.The interest rate is very competitive,and treble what my bank was offering.
