Atom Reward Saver Account is complicated in my opinion designed to trick you, just make sure to read the TCs in detail before opening because its entirely different to a conventional UK Bank. What I mean is that when you withdraw money from the Reward Saver Account the whole remaining balance is transferred to Saver account paying a paltry rate of 3 interest for a month.The whole concept is to dissuade penalise customers from making withdrawals if they do they are penalised not just for the amount they withdraw which would be fair but the remaining balance. I withdrew 20,000 was charged 141 equivalent to 8.5,nice work if you can get it Atom certainly do.All I am saying is beware just because its in the TCs it doesnt mean its fair.I was so disgusted I closed the account in protest,not that they care!I shall take this to the FOS see what they have say.

Very simple to open the new account. The website is first class and the transferring of funds from the old account to the new one went very smoothly. The interest was paid onto my bank account on the due day.

Really easy to set up the account and good rates too! The online process was a bit protracted with all the presumably regulatory stuff on proving identity, etc however once done all well and good as the App is simple to use.

Tried to open an account but couldn??t even get past the initial setup. The app failed to verify my current account, even though all the details were correct and matched my ID. I contacted support and was basically told to delete the app and try again??no real solution, no technical help, just vague instructions that didn??t work.The entire process was frustrating and a complete waste of time. Ended up opening an account with a different provider in less than 20 minutes with no issues. If a bank can??t even get the basics right, I??m not going to trust them with my money. Avoid.

Being a bit rubbish with tech I was little concerned about moving to an app only Bank but had nothing to worry about. The process of setting up the IOS app was straightforward. Atom has been brilliant to be with.
