I was looking for the best fixed rate 1year bond to store some savings.The highest rate at the time was Atom. I phoned Them up, a lady answered and to my surprise and delight we both spoke the same language Geordie which makes things so much easier on the phone, and rare these days. Rosie talked me through sstting up an account on an app and answered lots of other queries with easy professional confidence.Johnny Carse
