I now have two accounts with atom, so easy to set up, even l could do it! Great interest rate on savings compared to other banks. The chat helpline is fantastic, so quick and if your question cant be answered online then you can talk to an actual person! Ive always found the Atom staff to be very friendly, courteous, professional and just all round lovely! Online banking is going to be the way forward, l just hope all banks follow the Atom ethos.
