Due to an IT update with Atom bank I am no longer able to bank with them as the age of my phone it no longer supported by them I am unable to go into my accounts and have had to withdraw all funds by telephone

I joined Atom bank as the Instant Saver Reward had a good rate but also allowed me to access my savings when needed. Face recognition allows me to log in easily and transfers have been simple. My first time using a mobile banking app at 74.

Very easy to open an account and to access the account via the app. The account also seems very secure with options for pin, biometric or voice security checks. I needed to ring the help desk during setup my fault and was speaking to a real, helpful human in a couple of minutes. Most impressive. The easy access savings account also has a good interest rate and only lowers the rate for one month if you withdraw funds. Very impressed.

Good interest rates. Excellent app makes it very easy to manage and check accounts. Ive got three savings accounts with them and I am very happy with everything. Theyre also efficient at emailing you when accounts are maturing etc. I would definitely recommend.
