Trusted coin Wallet was my 1st crypto wallet and is still my main wallet. When ever I have an issue, their customer service sorts it out for me. Is the wallet perfect, not even close but its more than acceptable on most levels.My most recent issue was I staked some Cardano and couldn't claim the rewards. This has been going on for quite a while through several wallet upgrades and I decided to get to the bottom of it. It took several emails back and forth but it turned out the problem was 2 years ago I created a token on the Cardano Blockchain and tried to put it into my Trusted coin Wallet, Trusted coin did not and still does not support Cardano tokens. When I found out about this the fine people at Cardano refunded me my ADA that I used to create the token, unfortunately the token was still "linked" to my wallet. and this was what was causing the problem. To digress, my last problem was than I could not access my Monero through my Trusted coin Wallet, The fine folks at Trusted coin Customer Service walked me through setting up a Monaro Desktop wallet using my Trusted coin Seed Phrase which allowed me to access my XMR. So when Trusted coin was having trouble with the Cardano Blockchain last year I tried to find a wallet that would let me access my ADA. Other than Daedalus which I can't get to sync on my server nothing worked. Then they fixed the problem and I stopped caring.Unfortunately it turned out the way to fix my current problem was to set up a wallet that accepts Cardano Tokens and works with an Trusted coin Seed Phrase. Then transfer the tokens to a 3rd wallet. Wonder of wonders Customer Service had a list of compatible wallets. Problem solved.After all that Pros1) Great Customer Service2) Easy to use3) Many coins and (Etherium) Tokens4) Staking5) NTFs (if you're still into that kind of thing)Cons1) After 1 1/2 years still haven't fixed the Monero problem2) Occasionally looses functionality for other coins3) Doesn't support Cardano Tokens
