I'm shocked! This website is a big trick. I don't know why my Gcash automatically got deducted of 899 pesos! the heck! I don't allowed you to paid this subscription, all I know is to pay 1 peso for one-time use. I'm so disappointed! How did you do that? I'm confused, gosh!

Scam. My experience was just as bad as the other one-star reviews. The website is built on lie after lie. I’ve been trying to delete my account ever since I got my refund, but to no avail. I don’t even understand why they don’t offer a simple way to delete an account. I tried emailing them, and all they did was send me a Google Form asking which email I used—yet my account still wasn’t deleted. I want nothing more to do with this despicable website; I just want them to delete my account.
They got an unauthorized payment from my gcash account. I didn't know or have a confirmation about it, I was just notified. I've reached to them countless of times but they didn't respond. I was waiting, this is a SCAM! Already sent an email to them but they didn't reply, what a website. They even said on their website that their are SECURED?? The hell?

I contacted their support team within their 7-day money-back guarantee, as clearly stated in their refund policy, and requested a refund for my first-time purchase.Instead of honoring their full refund policy, they only offered a 50% refund without clear justification. I haven’t used the service at all, yet I was denied the full amount. I followed up politely multiple times and still did not receive fair resolution.Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this service, especially considering how difficult it is to get proper support or a refund—even when you’re entitled to one.
This TopPDF is a total scam! I tried to call their contact number from Hong Kong but the number that they provided is not active!!!! They will bait you for 1 pesos and after without confirmation that they offer you a plan they will charged you on your gcash for 899 pesos!
