The event was poorly managed

The event was poorly managed. Nightmare to get to and in. Dangerous having to walk along A roads due to no traffic control. No crowd control at the event. Free for all.

Absolute chaos at the end of the concert

The concert was good over all. The problems started at the end of the concert. Everybody was herded out of the arena and all sent in one direction regardless of where they wanted to go. Meaning we ended up in the yellow/ blue carpark instead of back at the coach park where we wanted to be. Causing us to miss our prepayed coach ride home. We had to walk into Great Leighs and order a taxi cab back to Colchester costing us an additional '? ?40

Seeing a Maestro in action with his

Seeing a Maestro in action with his ensemble was a once in a lifetime experience. Just wish the bloke behind me hadn'? ? ?t spoiled it with excessive pint consumption, wriggling, eating noisily and talking!

Poor venue

Poor venue - nobody knew anything about the event, the sections etc. Also paid for VIP parking and was then just put with everyone else at the end of the event, waste of money!

Concert cancelled with no information

Concert cancelled with no information from Ticketmaster then email sent from the asking how it went. Answer is simply, it didn't!!

Ticket upload to Google wallet

Why is it the Tkt in your account is all good But when you use the Google wallet feature promoted by you the Tkt goes thru smoothly to the Wallet but when viewing it states opposite the Changing Barcode colour Invalid Then your Customer Team tells you to ignore the wallet feature and use your ticketmaster account.

I'? ? ?m shocked!

I'? ? ?m shocked to receive this email today! The event in question was cancelled and I have had zero communication from ticket master regarding the cancellation. I found out when I was waiting at the bus stop for the shuttle bus I had booked that the event had been cancelled through other people stood waiting for the same bus (which in turn did not turn up - again without notification). I understand the weather cannot be controlled and although I am disappointed about the decision that was made (when the weather wasn'? ? ?t extreme!!) the lack of communication from yourselves was more frustrating than anything. Surely you should have let me know and advised me of the refund process etc before I found out via word of mouth and also to now receive an email asking me to review the event/service having still not received word from yourselves regarding the cancellation of the event is highly unprofessional. I would like to hear as a matter of urgency what you are doing about refunding the tickets I paid for for the event. Many thanks

Loved the lineup.

Loved the lineup.Main stage was excellent.Dissatisfied with other stage. Poor sound quality and location.Disappointed in timetable. Popular bands clashed and some did not finish full set.Dissatisfied with early bird tickets as venue did not open until 11.50 am.Early bird entry advertised as 11.00-11.30 am.

The event was cancelled and ticketmaster failed to let us know after turning up to be turned away, paid accommodation for the night and drove 4 hours. So no i did not enjoy my show and I am disgusted that this email has been sent
