I love Mene

I love Mene! Their pieces are all beautiful and well made. I’ve only been ordering for about 6 weeks but I’ve placed 5 or 6 orders. Delivery hasn’t been a problem; I get tracking info from Mene and emails announcing the delivery date. I’ve figured out the delivery window so I’m not stuck at home waiting. Mene is the first place I’ve found that sells gold and platinum this way. I appreciate their transparency!

When I emailed to ask for a call back this was done very quickly. Lee cruickshank was extremely empathetic and was very gentle when handling my case.

If I could leave negative stars I would.Do not use this website. They make it look like you are booking directly through the property only to find out once you have paid that it’s a third party site. The price stated looks like it’s for the entire stay yet when you pay it’s per night. They then add on additional taxes and fees that we don’t have in Australia, so if you are coming to Australia DO NOT book through this site. Either book through the property itself (which I thought I was doing) or a reputable site like Bookings.comIt is impossible to contact anyone to speak to the phone number in Australia doesn’t connect it you request to speak to an agent and there is no email address to lodge a refund request.
