Had an issue with rewards and was unable to resolve it. Any attempt at contact for stuck in an automated response loop asking for info already provided then saying rewards were granted when they had not. Edit: You can see from their reply below Tapjoy continues to assert they have granted rewards, they have not and I will happily provide screenshots proving this. Until I can I can talk to an actual person to resolve this instead of their useless canned response bots, my one star review stands.
