If something is worth 1 or 2 cents - then honor the offer. When I do my part for a reward I don't screen shoot it for a penny. But your customer service expects that when the issue is brought. Those cents of unpaid rewards are adding up to dollars. They are worse then nickel and diming you. Thanks for the poor customer service and not looking into my missed earned rewards that should be clear in your system - and wasting my time. DO NOT OFFER SOMETHING UNLESS YOU CAN FULLFILL YOUR END OF THE BARGAIN!!!
