She has gone out of her way to help me even with things out of her control. She answers quickly and resolves issues where possible. Very efficient and courteous, thank you.
We have now booked two cruises through Seascanner. It has been easy to book, had the best prices for any site and fabulous customer service. We received a free upgrade of our cabin on our first cruise. We did have an issue on our cruise, which MSC sent a credit for. It was easy to apply to our second cruise through Seascanner Customer Support. Dimpna took care of everything without any stress. I would highly recommend using Seascanner to anyone. Thanks!
