If I were to base my review off of the beginning of when everything started, I would DEFINITELY give them a 5. Over time that has changed to a ZERO. I didn't receive all of my items. I informed Katapult of this in early January. They have taken roughly $600 additional dollars out of my account when I only should have been charged $200. I did what they said, reached out to the company I purchased the items from, provided screenshots and emails where the company I purchased from stated that the order was cancelled, they cannot refund or credit when items were never sent or charged for. Apparently, Katapult does not understand this. Apparently, the correspondence Katapult asked for is not sufficient. Apparently, Katapult just wants to take your money when you do not even HAVE the items in question. I will NEVER use Katapult again. It would have been helpful had they been trustworthy but they are like the American Government, stealing, laundering, and taking money for their own profit. STAY AWAY FROM KATAPULT!!!!
