The process of getting approved waseasy

The process of getting approved was easy, I ordered a bracelet on Amazon and paid to expedite shipping because this was a wedding gift for my daughter. I ordered it, they said it would be here in 2 days which was wonderful because we're leaving in 3 days. Then I received an email from Amazon stating the card used was declined. So I chat with Katapult this morning and they were going to have to do this and do that and by the time they completed doing all there things I wouldn't be able to get the gift in time. So then I say refund my $90.00 back that I had to pay down on it, she needed proof of cancellation while on chat with her I sent the proof of cancellation, so now it still has to be investigated and I have no idea when I will get my money back, but they wanted there money right then before I could place my order that they messed up. So, 1st experience and a bad one. Will definitely shop elsewhere.
